Easter is right around the corner so I thought I would share a cute Easter Bunny craft that we made at the Girl Scout meeting earlier this month. Thank you to our leader for teaching us how to make this neat and easy craft. She also brought Easter candy for the girls. That was so thoughtful of her and the girls loved it!
Materials needed:
white washcloth, ribbon, pair of googly eyes, small pink puffy ball, rubber band, cotton ball, glue, plastic Easter egg (optional)
Instructions:
Fold the washcloth in half
Starting at the pointed end, roll the washcloth tightly
Fold in half criss-crossing the two ends
Fold the rounded circular part up on top of the two ends
Secure the bottom part with a rubber band.
Turn it over so that the two ends are pointing up. Those are the ears and the bottom part is the face
Tie a ribbon around the rubber band. Glue eyes, pink nose on the front
Glue the cotton ball on the back for the tail. Place an egg on the back if you wish.
